Lupe and Her Magical Macuahuitl

I went to London a couple days ago, which was awesome, but I also contracted the flu while I was there, which is less awesome, so here's a portrait I completed about a week ago. Lupe and her magical macuahuitl. I got the grip wrong, but I’m not mad at it. Lupe is from my prospective webcomic, A Slayer of Beasts.

It's been a rough month in terms of physical illness, but I am actually really loving England and my MA program so far, so it all evens out. :) Gotta work on that immune system, though.
