A Slayer of Beasts

 

This was a project I started that felt fun and self-indulgent. It combines all of my favorite story elements in one package: mythology, world history, fantasy, complex character arcs, and really awesome magical sword fights. The story focuses on a young woman who discovers that she is the heir to an ancient magical legacy, which turns out to be far more complicated and horrifying than it’s cracked up to be. This is a full-color web comic.
